   Thanks Hieu. For some reason I've had an urge to grab a smoke the last couple of days. I didn't though.I was happy in the photo. My daughters were being funny and wanted me to wear a sweat shirt and make signs like the gangs that are starting where I used to live. I didn't know how to do gang signs so just did a thumbs up. This photo is from about five years ago….or maybe a couple more.

   DH and Nic, thank you! Nevin: Thank you. No, it isn't always easy. However, this time it was easier than years ago in my twenties when I smoked and stopped. WL: You are right about the picture above and the avatar. It's in the motion as well as the composition. You've got a good eye for that stuff.
